I don't know what impressed me more - the ease of finally getting rid of some old heavy furniture, and odds and ends, or the guys doing the heavy lifting. Paul and Nathan took great care not to hit walls or scratch my floor when moving a large, heavy stainless steel commercial kitchen cart, in which the wheels had pretty much come off. Super nice guys - with super strength! I love that they try to recycle things that are usable. In my case, the commercial cart would be usable to a start up restaurant and I had several antique (Mission style) chairs that just needed re-gluing and new seats. Their prices are reasonable as well. I did some comparison shopping before settling on 123Junk, so I'm really happy I made the right choice.

123Junk removed all remaining items from our house after an estate sale. The service they provided was outstanding. They completely removed all contents (some quite large) from the home without a scratch on any surface and left the house broom clean ready for the new owners. The workers were all friendly, helpful and efficient. We were amazed at how quickly they could clear the house. We would definitely use them again.

They were so nice on the phone when I booked the service that I became suspicious. After all, no vendor is that nice.

But I was completely wrong. Their team was polite and efficient and they came in well below their estimate. They were in and out in no time and they were extremely careful as they loaded bulky pieces out of cramped places.

We had two guys that were terrific--timely, courteous and professional. They asked for clarification when necessary and cleaned up after themselves.

I have been hesitant to have stuff hauled away. Some part was embarrassment at how much junk was in one room. There was worry about the cost. Then the impact of trashing everything. 2 neighbors recently used other services so I decided to go for it.
WOW! I am beyond happy. 123Junk was great from first call to the end. I got a 30 min call out. 3 guys showed up and I was shocked how much stuff they could carry out. They were courteous and took care not to mess up any walls or carpet.
Why did I wait??? At least I have done it and am so pleased.

Service was wonderful from start to finish. Gave 123JUNK a call and they gave us an estimate. Prices are reasonable. They were friendly, organized, reliable, and professional. We set up a date for our things to be picked up. We got a small discount by placing our things in our garage. Employees came on time, wore masks, and maintained a safe distance. Greatly appreciated.

I really love their 1-2-3 Process. Any junk you want removed will either go to one of their many local donation partners or recycled as much as possible (reducing landfill waste). Remaining items that could not be donated and recycled, get hauled away as safely and carefully as possible.

This service is one of the most efficient and friendly service I have experienced! the scheduling was made with a very friendly and helpful person and the pick up crew was very nice and they were done in no time. The truck is very clean and cute too!
