They arranged a rental car from nearby Enterprise, and their texting service sent me regular updates on the status of my car's repairs. The car looks beautiful- just like new. Top notch customer service!

Caliber is absolutely outstanding in every way possible. The general manager Kevin is extremely nice and helpful as is the assistant general manager Raphael. Their communication with me via texts and emails was also superb. Most importantly, the quality of their work is really excellent. My car had been involved in an accident and the front bumper and other areas were badly damaged. The job done by caliber collision was amazingly good! The restoration of the car was perfect and the job was done in a shorter amount of time than I anticipated. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and took time to explain things with great patience and clarity. I was very happy that I chose Calliber Collision. While I hope I won't have the necessity to return I am very grateful that they were the ones who restored my car to a condition frankly better than previous to the accident!

I had insurance claim work performed by Caliber. My customer service rep, Dora, was very good. The quality of the work seems excellent. There was an accidental double charge on the estimate that I caught, but they also did some additional repair and touch up for free to the parts affected by the insurance claim. They have a nice online tool to keep you updated on the progress of the work. All around a very good experience, I would use them again.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. AT A MINIMUM THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CARS VALUE, IF NOT MAKE IT UNSAFE. PICTURE PROOF INCLUDED.


Few places really deserve a one star and this is one. They were referred to me by my insurance company. What a process this has been. First the repairs were shabby. I took it to a real mechanic before selling it to make sure it was in good shape. He pointed out all the errors. Dripping paint on front, didn't mark out scrap yard part number, horrible wiring that didn't follow original, and best of all they failed to fix it. They were held liable for a failure of a repair. Then they didn't follow their claim at all of guaranteeing their work making me work with my insurance company to force them to take accountability.

Horrible customer service. Main service consultant was mean, rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and demeaning. I could not have been more insulted by the whole process.

Avoid at ALL COSTS, tell friends. Serious changes need to happen at this pathetic establishment.

Outstanding collision repair shop! I have been to other Caliber shops but they don't compare to this one. Ruth and Raphael went above and beyond to help me out with my vehicle repairs and to make sure that I was satisfied with the services provided. I have used this location twice within the past six months and received transparent, fast, and efficient service. I will not look to any other collision shops for future repairs to my vehicle. Extremely pleased with both of my experiences!

These people are terrific. They took care of everything after I was sideswiped with both passenger doors damaged. They texted and called me with their friendly and professional updates. My car looks fantastic and they even redid my little racing stripes on the doors. It was shampooed and smarkling clen upon pickup. Thanks guys!!

The folks at caliber collision are amazing! I'm always worried about finding a trustworthy place that's not going to rip me off and Kevin, Rafael and Ruth were so helpful and friendly. I had to bring my moms car in after she got into a minor accident. My mom lives in Texas and I live in DC. Ruth was so helpful in coordinating between me and my mom. I got frequent updates via texts to the progress of the work on my car and they did an amazing job! I hope to not need any auto bodywork done again in the future but I certainly know where I will be going if I do :-)
