Join the GBCC Staff, Board of Directors, and Committees for a day of service and fundraiser to help provide food for families this holiday season. In partnership with Nourishing Bethesda whose mission is to fight food insecurity in Montgomery County by providing nutritious food and community support to our neighbors in need.
Donation proceeds will go towards Nourishing Bethesda in support of their year round efforts.
Activities for the group will likely include:
-Packing bags of shelf stable groceries
-Cutting recovered bread, and packing the bread and recovered bagels into bags
-Packing Weekend Bags
-Packing onions or other sturdy produce into net bags
