Wasting time dieting only to gain it all back? Frustrated researching solutions to lose weight and have more energy? Do you just want to feel good about your relationship with food? Kay Loughrey is here to help. Kay partners with you to create your healthy sweet life by building a healthy relationship with food. Kay Loughrey is a transformational speaker, breakthrough coach, and Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a Master of Public Health Nutrition degree who brings 30 years of experience helping people with their health. Lose weight and keep it off If you are frustrated with extra weight, bad eating habits, fad diets and lack of energy and vitality, Kay helps you live your full, authentic life by creating a customized program that yields real, lasting results. She utilizes the latest advances in nutrigenomics, computer-based applications, science & technology, and a step-by-step process to help you track dietary data, lose weight, and save $5000 or more every year by changing unhelpful lifestyle behaviors like eating out, buying extra snacks, and stopping by for gourmet coffee every day. The support and processes Kay has created help to minimize the risks of weight regain, severe illness from COVID 19, and early death from conditions such as obesity and diabetes. Kay is passionate about helping you overcome inner and outer blocks that hold you back from living the life you want to live, a Healthy Sweet Life that comes from a healthy relationship with food. Sweet Life Wellness Services Kay has a small boutique coaching practice and partners with you to: • Appreciate you who really are • Look in the mirror and love who you see • Build a Healthy Relationship with food Kay offers customized healthy lifestyle programs instead of a diet, an approach that is restrictive and only makes things worse.
